On August 12, I attended EMBA Magazine’s 40th Anniversary Appreciation Event, where I watched The Moment That Matters: Frances Hesselbein, The Quiet Transformer. The documentary traces more than a century of life and leadership through the remarkable story of Frances Hesselbein, whom management thinker Peter Drucker once described as “the greatest leader in the world.”
